PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man is recovering after police say he was shot during an early morning robbery Sunday in Philadelphia's Logan neighborhood. It happened just after midnight, along the 4800 block of Broad Street. Investigators say the 40-year-old victim was shot in the leg, and taken to the hospital by another person.
According to the Kentucky State Police, a U.S. Bank on Chestnut Street in Brea was robbed at about 2 p.m. Trooper Scottie Pennington said two bank employees were fatally shot during the robbery. He said the victims were a man and a woman. Law enforcement said the suspect left the scene following the shooting.
