Coffee Punch Recipe: 1/2 cup instant espresso 2 cups sugar 3 quarts water 2 quarts milk 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 gallon vanilla ice cream Place the first 3 ingredient in a pot over medium heat and stir until dissolved. Pour in the milk. Place in the fridge overnight or for a few hours. Serve in coffee cups and add a scoop if ice cream to each one. You can use a punch bowl and put the ice cream in scoops on top of the mixture. This is great for parties! | Stacy Lyn Harris
